Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation, placing an order, or using our restaurant services.
Reservations & Table Booking
Reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after receiving the required booking details. Guests are requested to arrive on time. Mulberry Restaurant reserves the right to reallocate or release a table in case of significant delay without prior notice.
Food & Beverage Orders
All food and beverage orders are prepared according to the restaurant's menu and availability. Menu items, ingredients, prices and availability may be changed without prior notice. Once an order has been prepared, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
Prices & Payments
All prices displayed on the menu are subject to applicable taxes and charges. Payment must be made through the payment methods accepted by Mulberry Restaurant. The restaurant reserves the right to update prices whenever required.
Cancellation Policy
Guests are requested to inform the restaurant as early as possible if they need to cancel or modify a reservation. Any advance payment, booking amount or cancellation charges, where applicable, will be handled according to the applicable booking terms.
Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Guests must inform our staff about any food allergies, dietary requirements or ingredient sensitivities before placing an order. Although we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an environment completely free from allergens due to the nature of food preparation.
Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted inside Mulberry Restaurant unless prior permission has been obtained from the management. Special circumstances may be considered at the restaurant's discretion.
Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour towards restaurant staff and other guests. Any behaviour that causes disturbance, damage, harassment or discomfort may result in the guest being asked to leave the premises without refund.
Children & Supervision
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times while inside the restaurant. Mulberry Restaurant shall not be responsible for accidents resulting from inadequate supervision.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, mobile phones, bags and other items brought into the restaurant. Mulberry Restaurant shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left unattended.
Offers & Promotions
Promotional offers, discounts and special deals are subject to their respective terms and availability. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash unless specifically stated and may not be combined with other promotions.
Photography & Media
Mulberry Restaurant may occasionally capture photographs or videos of the premises, events or celebrations for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in such content may inform the restaurant management.
Changes to Terms
Mulberry Restaurant reserves the right to modify, update or revise these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary. Any changes will become effective once published on the website or otherwise communicated by the restaurant.
